By the end of the first 90 days, you will have:
- Clear direction about what you’re moving toward (and why)

Phase 1: Clarity & Direction
We slow things down and make sense of where you are.
This includes values, identity, strengths, fears, and the real decision in front of you.
Outcome: You know what direction fits now, and what doesn’t.
Phase 2: Positioning & Preparation
Once your direction is clear, we align your materials and messaging.
This may include, but not limited to:
- Resume strategy and refinement
- LinkedIn positioning
- Interview preparation (job or graduate school, or higher)
- Application or essay support (as needed)
Outcome: You feel prepared and credible, not scattered.
Phase 3: Momentum & Support
We focus on execution, confidence, and follow-through, without burnout.
Outcome: You move forward steadily, with support and accountability.
Flexible program length
You can join for:
- 3 months to gain clarity and momentum
- Continue to 6 months if you want deeper support and integration

Your journey doesn't stop between sessions. I offer ongoing support for quick questions via text, and for more urgent needs like interview preparation, we can schedule unscheduled calls. You'll never feel alone in your career transition process.
I'm worried the program will be too much to handle. Is it very demanding?
The Career Clarity Initiative is designed to be supportive and manageable. I work with you at your pace, breaking down goals into achievable steps. The focus is on sustainable progress and support.
How many coaching sessions are included?
Two one-on-one coaching sessions will be provided each month.
How long are the one-on-one coaching sessions?
Our individual, one-on-one coaching sessions are designed to fit your unique journey. We meet twice a month for typically 60-75 minutes on Zoom, with longer 'implementation sessions' (up to two hours) for hands-on work like resume building or vision boarding, ensuring we dedicate the time needed for your specific goals
Are the coaching sessions in person?
Coaching sessions are virtual via Zoom.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.
Is the orientation and expectation session counted toward one of my monthly sessions?
No. This is a bonus session to help us get on the same page and develop a plan.
Will I get coaching on my current situation at my job?
As a leadership and management specialist, I will help you navigate your current situation, reduce stress, and leave on good terms.
What happens if I decide not to apply for a job but to do my own thing?
During our sessions, I will work on creating clarity about what you want to do and developing a transition plan. I can also switch from traditional career coaching to Money Breakthrough Business coach to support you.
My resume and cover letter are fine, so I won't need help with those. Can I get anything else?
Private coaching is very individualized. The direction we take will be based on your needs. You may need something different, like how to be a better leader or improve communication skills. You will have access to my experience, knowledge, and skills. However, if you are looking for a new job, you will still benefit from having me review them.
Does this program guarantee I will get a job?
While I cannot guarantee job placement, The Career Clarity Initiative provides you with the essential tools, strategies, and support to significantly enhance your job search and career development efforts.
Can I text you?
Text messaging will be available during business hours, though not for additional coaching. Emergency texts can be sent after hours and will be answered at the Coach's discretion.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you need coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again or continue your subscription.

Why is the paid in full less than the monthly?
The paid-in-full option offers a discounted rate as a way to reward clients who make a complete upfront payment. This simplifies the billing process and reduces administrative costs, allowing us to pass those savings on to you. It also reflects our appreciation for your strong commitment to your career growth and development.
What happens if we accomplish the goals we set out before my time with you is over?
For the duration of the coaching sessions, we will regroup and create new goals that align with the new direction.
Can I get a refund or cancel?
Cancellation request must be made 48 hours before the first session/orientation. The nonrefundable deposit of $150 will be deducted from your refund. Once coaching begins, there are no refunds. Ensure you have received and signed the Client Agreement. No refunds will be issued, and all scheduled payments must be paid promptly. If you are hesitant, let's talk.
I need a job ASAP. Is coaching really worth the time and investment right now?
I understand the urgency you're feeling. While it might seem counterintuitive, investing in coaching can actually speed up your job search and ensure you find a role that truly fits. I help you get clear on what you want, optimize your resume and interview skills, and develop a targeted strategy. This focused approach is much more effective than blindly applying to jobs and hoping for the best. Plus, with the 6-month program, you'll have ongoing support to thrive in your new role and plan for long-term success. Please note I do have targeted short-term coaching programs that may benefit you if you are short on time.
